Gary is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sigma, a multi-award-winning Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) provider under the Digicall stable. Based in the UK, Gary boasts more than 25 years of experience in the contact centre industry. 

Gary has extensive experience in the early arrears and late-stage debt sector while serving in senior operational roles. His attention has shifted to managing key client partnerships, new business development, and shareholder relations in recent years.

“I am all about having the right people in the right roles. I have always had a great team around me and people that share the same values and principles in doing things the right way, and people with similar positive mindsets,” Gilburd said about the leadership principles he followed.

“A leader is as good as his team and his team achievements and I fully subscribe to it always being a team effort.”

Michael has an intimate knowledge of the automotive industry built on nearly two decades’ experience in various positions, including being the Businesses Development Director with International SOS (ISOS) in Australia.

He has been a valuable member of the Digicall Assist Australia Executive Team since 2014, when he and Digicall acquired the Roadside Assistance business from ISOS. Michael has a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the business, holding several roles across the automotive industry, working for OEM’s and insurers.

“I believe in the triple bottom line approach, and while we are a profitable business, there are other measures to indicate our success,” Michael said.

“Our interaction with both internal and external stakeholders, along with the broader community, is critical.”
