ROLE SUMMARY

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment delivery, partnering with hiring stakeholders to identify, attract and secure the talent our business needs to succeed. Combining strong recruitment expertise with a proactive and consultative approach, you will manage a diverse portfolio of vacancies, build strong talent pipelines and deliver high-quality candidates through to successful placement.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, high-performing recruitment environment where you will have the autonomy to manage your portfolio, engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and make a meaningful impact through the talent you bring into the business. With a strong focus on delivery, you will be trusted to manage approximately 20 vacancies and work with purpose towards successful monthly placements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum: Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Recruitment, Business Administration or relevant industry/field
  • Advantageous: Relevant Recruitment/HR qualification or professional certification

 

EXPERIENCE

  • 5 to 7 years proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition or a similar recruitment-focused role
  • Proven experience managing a high volume of vacancies and recruitment portfolios independently
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing, screening, interviewing and placing candidates across multiple roles and levels
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment required
  • Consulting, stakeholder-facing or client-facing recruitment exposure advantageous

 

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and recruitment systems/platforms
  • A team player who thrives in dynamic, high-paced and target-driven environments
  • A problem-solver and self-starter that takes ownership and drives recruitment delivery
  • A confident communicator who builds trust, manages stakeholders and drives successful placements

 

  • Clear credit record is a minimum requirement for this role.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across an assigned portfolio of vacancies.
  • Take full ownership of vacancies from initial briefing through to successful placement.
  • Manage a high-volume recruitment portfolio, prioritising multiple vacancies and delivering against agreed recruitment requirements.
  • Engage with hiring stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements, role profiles and candidate expectations.
  • Develop and maintain effective candidate pipelines to support current and future recruitment requirements.
  • Proactively source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates against defined role requirements.
  • Utilise a range of recruitment channels and sourcing strategies to identify and attract suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process between candidates and hiring stakeholders.
  • Maintain consistent communication and engagement with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate expectations and proactively drive candidates through the recruitment process to successful placement.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates, feedback and progress reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
  • Facilitate offers, manage candidate negotiations and support the successful closure of vacancies.
  • Proactively identify and overcome recruitment challenges and barriers to ensure vacancies are progressed and closed within required timeframes.
  • Monitor recruitment activity, candidate pipelines and placement outcomes against agreed targets.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate information and recruitment documentation.
  • Work independently, demonstrate strong ownership and remain accountable for recruitment delivery.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent, high-quality recruitment delivery and a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
