Payroll Administration Learnership

ROLE SUMMARY

DigiForte specialises in the field of providing HR and Payroll solutions to their clients. We are looking for dynamic and client
orientated Payroll Interns and Junior Payroll Consultants who are looking to gain exposure within the Payroll environment.
A Learnership is a structured learning programme for gaining knowledge and practical skills in the workplace leading to a
qualification, registered on the National Qualification Framework. The purpose of the qualification is to provide learners with a
foundation of basic project management knowledge and skills, to be an effective project team member, provide administrative
support to a project manager and team members and have competence to plan, execute and control small, simple projects, or to
specialise in technical areas to support project management processes.

The duration of a Learnership is twelve months.

STIPEND: R5 500.00 per month

QUALIFICATIONS
• Matric / Grade12 with Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy
• Certification / Relevant Diploma or Degree in Payroll/Finance/HR

EXPERIENCE
• Any relevant practical experience will be advantageous
• Payroll Administration experience within the Payroll/HR Department will be advantageous
• Project Management experience within the Payroll/HR Department will be advantageous

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written communication)
• Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Interest in the payroll function
• Telephone Etiquette
• Email Etiquette
