Our customer satisfaction index is a service we offer to clients to assess and understand how their customers perceive and experience the service they receive from any party they’re interacting with.
- The survey and the insights and recommendations that our data analysis makes possible can be part of any of the services we offer on behalf of our clients.
- It can also be a standalone product where a client delivers their own service but wants an independent survey conducted with their customers on service or any other information they would like to gather for analysis and insights.
